All tenants will be fully referenced via our online referencing agent and within 24 hours of paying your application fee you will receive and online link to the referencing portal. Tenancy agreements and other documents will be sent to you electronically where possible and e-signature is now available on most of our documents.
We believe professional independent inventories are key to protecting the Landlord and Tennant equally, it is important that both parties understand the condition the property was originally let as and the condition and changes on check out. All our tenants are asked to pay for an inventory on check-in and the inventory on check-out is included.

Once you have moved into your new property we understand that things can go wrong from time to time, we also understand everyone is busy and spending time on the telephone to your managing agent reporting issues can be tricky. We ask all tenants to report any maintenance issues via our Maintenance Reporting (Tenants) page on our website. This page will ask you to complete basic details and attach photographs of the issue and then one of our friendly team will be in touch to get the issue resolved.
